Hitni kontakt

U slučaju neposredne opasnosti ili hitnih medicinskih situacija, upućujemo Vas da odmah kontaktirate nadležne službe u zemlji boravka (hitna pomoć, policija, vatrogasci). Kontakti hitnih službi u Republici Hrvatskoj:

112 – jedinstveni broj za hitne službe u Hrvatskoj/europski broj za hitne slučajeve 194 – hitna medicinska pomoć

192 – policija

193 – vatrogasci
U slučaju hitnih situacija koje mogu utjecati na sigurnost i zdravlje sudionika programa Erasmus+ i Europskih snaga solidarnosti upućujemo Vas da kontaktirate:
1) organizaciju domaćina
2) organizaciju pošiljatelja
3) Agenciju.

Hitni kontakt Agencije dostupan je radnim danom od 9:00 do 16:00 sati.

Izvan tog vremena najprije kontaktirajte organizaciju domaćina i/ili lokalne hitne službe. Prilikom javljanja navedite:

•ime i prezime
•naziv projekta, naziv organizacije
•mjesto događaja
•opis incidenta
•broj za povratni kontakt.

Agencija će po zaprimljenom upitu:

•procijeniti hitnost situacije

•pružiti podršku sudioniku i organizaciji

•prema potrebi koordinirati s relevantnim institucijama i drugim nacionalnim agencijama.

In the event of immediate danger or a medical emergency, please contact the local emergency services in the country where you are staying without delay (ambulance, police or fire brigade).
Emergency service numbers in the Republic of Croatia:
112 – single emergency number in Croatia/ European emergency number
194 – ambulance
192 – police

In the event of an emergency that may affect the health or safety of participants in the Erasmus+ or European Solidarity Corps programmes, please contact:
1. the hosting organisation
2. the sending organisation
3. the National Agency.

The Agency’s emergency contact is available on working days from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (CET/CEST).

Outside these hours, please first contact the hosting organisation and /or the local emergency services.
When getting in touch, please provide:
• your full name
• the project title, organisation name
• the location of the incident
• a brief description of the incident
• a contact number where you can be reached.
Upon receiving a request, the National Agency will:
• assess the urgency of the situation
• provide support to the participant and organisation
• coordinate with relevant institutions and other National Agencies, if needed.
